Andy Jacksonさんはビーガンキムチを一から作るワークショップを開催します！朝鮮半島から伝わる、白菜を用いた発酵食品である大人気食品キムチは、魚介類から作る出汁をよく使います。でもビーガンでその塩気と辛みの効いた味わいを楽しみたい場合はどうしましょう？ここではそれを実現します。手作りキムチのシャキシャキした味わいを皆さんもぜひここで体験してください！アメリカ合衆国出身のAndyさんは現在日本在住で英語を教えたり、作品を作ったり、可愛いものを買ったり、キムチを作ったりしています。ワークショップでは、オンラインビデオを通じて、Andyさんのコリアンの友人やお父さんの自慢のレシピを紹介してもらいます！

Andy Jackson will lead a workshop on making vegan kimchi from scratch! The highly popular Korean fermented cabbage dish often has fish sauce and shrimp, but what about the vegans who want to enjoy its salty, spicy goodness? Well here is your chance to learn the secrets all for yourself! The crispy freshness of homemade kimchi cannot be matched and here’s your chance to enjoy it all for yourself.

Originally from the USA, Andy is now residing in Japan to teach English, make art, buy cute stuff, and make kimchi. His qualifications to lead this workshop include watching a video online, making kimchi with several people (including a Korean friend and his very own father) and friends who claim my kimchi is “so delicious!”
