ライプツィヒにあるフリースペース「日本の家」では難民の方、移民の方、若者から人生の大先輩まで、さまざまな背景を持つ方が主に「食」を通してつながり、「共に生きる」場所を作り出しています。誰でもウェルカムな場づくりが『40㎡のフリースペース – ライプツィヒ「日本の家」2015-2017』という映画として描かれて、この空間の魅力を感じさせる記録となっています。 「あなたの公-差-転」は杉並区善福寺にある小さなオープンスペースで、ここも様々な国籍、障がい、経験を持つ人が集まり表現と対話の場を作ろうとしています。すべてを受け止める居場所を目指していることを理想的に語っていますが、コミュニティには必ずうまくいかないことがあるし、まさかの危険なところもあります。このイベントでは「日本の家」のドキュメンタリーを見てから「日本の家」と「あなたの公-差-転」のメンバーと合わせて、"みんなの場所"の課題、うまくいかないこと、葛藤・衝突と排除の問題について語り合います。 最後に手作り料理を食べながら、ぶつかり合いのパーティーも開催します！

40㎡のフリースペース – ライプツィヒ「日本の家」2015-2017
■ 映画情報 旧東ドイツの地方都市ライプツィヒ。かつて凄まじい衰退を経験し、いまだに空き家が目立つメインストリートの一角に、 国籍、宗教、年齢、職業などに関係なく様々な人々が集まる、たった40 ㎡のちいさな場所があります。日本人のグループが 立ち上げたことから「日本の家」と名付けられたこの場所は、2011 年にスタートして以来、今では人々が共に語らい、共に 活動し、共に生きるための、まさに「家」のようなところになりました。本作品は、「日本の家」の活動の様子とインタビュー を通じて、都市に住む私達が自らの手で作り出す交流と協働のための空間＝「フリースペース」の一例を映し出していきます。

The Problematics of Community

In Leipzig there is a free space known as "Japan House" where refugees, migrants, young and senior citizens, people of all backgrounds gather through food and produce a space of "living together". This place which aims to welcome all has been documented in the film "40m2 Freiraum - Japan House 2015-2017", which clearly conveys the appeal of this commonly shared site. Kosaten is a small open space in Zenpukuji, Suginamiku, where people of all nationalities, (dis)abilities, and experiences attempt to engage in expression and dialogue. Spaces which attempt to accept everything are talked of in idyllic terms, but there is always something that goes wrong with community, even enters into dangerous territory. In this event we will watch the Japan House documentary and then together with Kosaten, Japan House and general participants we will discuss the problems of "spaces for all", the things which don't go smoothly, the collisions, the conflicts and issues of exclusion which are attached to any "community". We will also cook up some food with donated vegetables and hold a "collision" party.
