今年1月から隔月でスタートした新企画。「植民地主義」をキーワードに、過去から現在まで世界の様々な地域で起こっている暴力・搾取・抑圧の歴史を、実際に料理を作り味わうことを通じて考えます。今回はバスク・ガリシア地方（スペイン領）出身のゲストから、スペインによるバスク・ガリシアの支配の歴史とそれが地域の料理に与えた影響について学びながらレシピを教わります！ ゲストからのメッセージ----スペインにおける支配の歴史は料理に大きな影響を与えました。今なら"エキゾチック"だとは思えない食材が料理にもたらされたのです。興味深い食材を実際に見ながら、スペインの様々な地域でどのようなレシピが生まれたのかを探ってみませんか？スナックをつまみながら複雑な歴史に触れつつ、バスク地方の漁師にとって定番のレシピを一緒に作ってみましょう！

A bimonthly event started this year investigating the world's (hi)story and ongoing issues -related to colonialism - through cooking. This month we would like to welcome our guests from Basque and Galician (Spanish territory) to learn about their history and some of their recipes.

The colonial history of Spain has strongly influenced its cooking, and it introduced some ingredients that we couldn’t imagine to be “exotic” nowadays. Come and discover which are these mysterious ingredients and how they took their place in the different nations of the Spanish state. We will cook together a typical dish of Basque fishermen and enjoy some snacks, with the nice flavour of complex history.
